I’ve gotten into the habit of wearing workout clothes to bed. For example: leggings, sports bra, tee shirt. This way I hold myself accountable if I don’t work out in the morning. Even my lounge clothes have taken on a more casual feel. I’m just trying to lose this additional twenty pounds and then I’ll make another goal from there.
